Good, I can not ask for my bracelet as a guarantee since my product is more than two years old, but the bracelet was replaced in March 2018, starting the warranty again.

    Unfortunately, the warranty for replacement watches is only 1 year and for straps it is 6 months so you re still out of warranty. There is no more phone support, only online chat and email.

    Según la Unión Europea y en España son 24 meses para todo producto nuevo.

    This is an English language forum so it would help if you translated first. I gather you are asking about warranty in the EU. The 24 months may only apply to devices, not accessories or peripherals. In any case you call always contact Support as outlined above.

    To get in touch with Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Email Us or Chat (there is no longer phone support available for watches).
