On the rare occasions that I have a problem with MyDrive Connect
I Un-install MyDrive Connect using the Revo Uninstaller (Windows PC )
There must be a equivalent Deep un-install program for a Mac
Download & install the free version of Revo Uninstaller
Revo first Un-installs the Program... Then scans and removes all of the left over files a normal Un-install leaves behind

(1)... Uninstall MyDrive Connect Using the Revo Uninstaller
(2)... Clear your browsers cache (Optional, but I find it helps)
(3)... Restart your PC (Not Turn Off & Turn On again)
Reinstall MyDrive Connnect (Without your device connected)
Connect & Turn on your device... Login to MyDrive Connect

Try the following steps:
1. Uninstall MyDrive Connect using RevoUninstaller (https://revouninstaller.com)
2. If you are using Windows then:
2.1 Open Run (Win+R)
2.2 Type %temp% and press Enter
2.3 A folder will open, select all (CTRL+A) and delete everything
(SHIFT+DELETE)
If some folder or files don't get deleted then skip them
3. Reboot the computer
4. Download and install MyDrive Connect (https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/mydrive-connect)
5. Sign in to your account and connect your navigation device0 -
Ok, so there is one more way to try.
Goto to the MyDrive Folder
64-bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\MyDrive Connect\Driver\x64\
32-bit: C:\Program Files\MyDrive Connect\Driver\win32\
Now firstly click DriverUninstall.exe to ensure that there is no driver. Then DriverPreinstall.exe.
Reboot your computer. And connect the TomTom. Hope this helps.0 -

Hi xwintech I followed your latest tip but it did not work but a good try. I dont get any errors when doing a clean install of mydrive apart from it not installing the drivers. I see support are working on a mydrive not updating issue so I'll see if they issue a fix and retry. Thanks for your support.0
