since updating i cannot longer see the route on the screen

since the most recent update for the 5200 device i use, i cannot longer see the route/road ahead. spoken instructions and arrows are visible but the blue route is now black. this is very difficult when an alternative is suggested and i cannot see this alternative. what do i need to do to get this functioning again ?

    Hi @rietveld02

    Looks like a Reset Device may be the way to go. Tap Menu, Tap Settings, Tap system, tap Reset Device.

    This will delete all your Datta, ie favourites(MyPlaces) and any Poi files and route files you have loaded via Mydrive.. This deleted data will be restored from your account after the reset. Any routes you have created on the unit will be lost.

    okay, reset executed and as far as i can see from home address this did the trick. so thx. problem solved.

    Pleased to hear you seem to be back working. Just need to sync back any favourites etc.
