Quick GPS Failure? Software or Hardware?
Also tried the iPhone "Sports" app (which the watch actually connected to for once), same QuickGPS failure.
Did the factory reset... same problem.
Watch is a Spark, getting a bit old, so trying to figure out if it's a hardware problem or a TomTom software issue.

Community ManagerIt looks like there was an outage.
If QuickGPS isn't updated without an error message you should try a power-down reset. To do this, hold Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (macOS) upon resetting the watch in Sports Connect. When you then unplug the watch it is powered down. Press the button in any direction to switch the watch back on. This restarts the driver of the GPS receiver.
After a factory reset you need to make you phone forget the watch in its Bluetooth settings.1
