(1)... Firstly try Logging OUT of MyDrive Connect (Screen Top Right) then log back in again with your Credentials... This has worked for several users
(2)... On the rare occasions that I have a problem with MyDrive Connect
I Un-install MyDrive Connect using the Revo Uninstaller (Windows PC )
There must be a equivalent deep un-install program for a Mac
(1)... Uninstall MyDrive Connect Using the Revo Uninstaller
(2)... Clear your browsers cache (Optional, but I find it helps)
(3)... Restart your PC (Not Turn Off & Turn On again)
Reinstall MyDrive Connnect (Without your device connected)
Connect & Turn on your device... Login to MyDrive Connect
I followed all of the above steps and my GO 50 3D still will not connect. All that happens on the GPS is the drum beat, then the Logo (TOMTOM) comes up and every now and then the little circle will come up & looks like it is spinning, then the TOMTOM Logo comes back up. this seems to be looping now.
Now on my GPS is the symbols of a computer & GPS with a line going from the GPS to the computer, but the is an "X" between the line & the computer. So it looks like it is still not connecting. But this is further than I have gotten before.

Download & install the free version of Revo Uninstaller
Revo first Un-installs the Program... Then scans and removes all of the left over files a normal Un-install leaves behind

Your GO 50 appears to be in Recovery Mode... The device is waiting for Bullet point (8) in the link below... Recovery Mode requires a Connection to MyDrive connect
