Unfortunately there is no customer support phone line in Turkey. Lets see what @VikramK comes back with.

It seems the address provided is incorrect which has caused the parcel to get stuck.
Someone from the customer service will be contacting you for the correct address which will be provided to UPS for delivery purpose.

From what I have been informed so far, is that the device is stuck in the custom because of the incorrect address.
Once we have the correct address the concerned team will investigate this with UPS to complete the delivery.
