getting a read out not getting a valid signal,where do i get a repair?

Did you check your device status after the WNRO on the website link: https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/updates/
If it needs an update then please connect the device to MyDrive Connect.

thanks,i did the update,still get waiting for valid gps signal,is there a tom tom phone number for support?0

ok,the update went through,i had to hold the start button on longer to get the drum roll,all works good now,thanks0

I did the update and the hard restart and my unit is still stuck at waiting for a valid GPS signal. I have left the unit on for over an hour outside but no luck.0

My tomtom in my Mazda does not give correct location I have downloaded all updates it is a useless thing at moment cannot find how to correct. Help0
