I purchased a Tom Tom Via 1515, with Free Lifetime Maps, two years ago. I can tell you that Tom Tom does not seem to invest any time, effort or money into maintaining the Information in Brazil. speed limits are consistently wrong (Don't waste your money with the Speed Cam option). Building numbers are wrong, most of the time, even in São Paulo, and road changes never seem to make it into the newer versions of the Brazilian map. I only use Tom Tom to get into the general vicinity of where I need to go and then switch to Google Maps or Waze.
