my via 135 does'nt recognizet by MyDrive connect

Due to a possible error in having the 135 way connected to MyDrive Connect, it has never been recognized by the program anymore. When I reset with the on / off button, the white letters will never emerge and I will rotate it to the middle of the screen, until the tomtom symbol appears with a red X, cable to the PC and a toolbox , but this is not recognized by the MyDrive connection. What can be done?

Delete MDC from your PC then turn it off and on again. Now reload MDC.from Tomtom.

Unfortunately, what you said did not work.
I still have the drawing on the GPS screen permanent, which is the GPS with a red cross with the cable that connects to the PC and the toolbox, but the MyDrive Connection still does not connect.
I think the inside software of the GPS is corrupt and that's why it does not work.
Is there any way that it is not through the MyDrive Connection to return it that is not sent to TOMTOM and I charge 105 euros?

Sounds a though could have started a recovery process see the following..

Usually if you connect it to the PC it tries t finish the process.
What happens if you hold the ON/OFF button down until you hear the drumroll sound.
