Old map on brand new via 52 with no option to update

Just connected a new via 52 to my drive connect to do all the necessary updates which all seemed to go fine with updates complete message but the device is still showing an 11 month old map. When I go into my content on mydrive connect there are no maps showing in my maps. When go to troubleshooting page to identify registered services and maps on my device lifetime traffic is active but no maps are showing.
Any help would be much appreciated

The new maps should now be offered for download.
The device comes with 3 months of Speed camera services, so if you bought an additional package then please contact customer service to sort out the subscriptions.

Welcome to the community!
We have made some changes in the backend for your device.
Just do a soft reset- press and hold the on/ off button till you hear the drum sounds.
Connect it to MyDrive Connect and check for updates.

Hi VikramK that hasn't made any difference to the lack of map updates but has reduced the length of time on the speed camera updates from 1.5 years to 3 months. I'd like to add that there is a community map share update showing as available but when I press update nothing happens as though no map is installed0
