Problems after most recent update

My TomTom Via 1625 has a lifetime map and traffic subscription. Now I see that my Map Subscription is expired. My traffic is also not working. In addition is shows as a Start 62 in my account instead of a TomTom VIA 1625. Please advise as this happened after my most recent update.

    Welcome to the Community! I've added the correct subscriptions on your device, please follow the steps in the comment here. Please make a factory reset on your device and then activate the services to apply the changes.
