No Serena or Malcolm on Device, no Voice COntrol

I have the Go 5000 but voice control does not work, I do not have Serena or Malcolm in my list of voices

    Where did you buy your device?
    Maybe the moderator @VikramK will allocate them to you. :)

    Reviewed your account and saw that the voice is already been added. Probably you contacted customer service for it.
