Good Morning, I have purchased an update to my GoLive services and have received your invoice, however the services have not been updated on my TomTom GoLive 1005. I suspect there has been an error and the services have been renewed on an old TomTom that we no longer use.

Since this is a order and account related issue I would suggest that you get in touch with the customer service.
They should be able to sort this out for you.
