Go Live update- Order not activated

Good Morning, I have purchased an update to my GoLive services and have received your invoice, however the services have not been updated on my TomTom GoLive 1005. I suspect there has been an error and the services have been renewed on an old TomTom that we no longer use.
I have the invoice number that is:95100986829
