Watch does not show pace and distance

I have a Tom Tom Runner Cardio and during the activity the watch does not show pace and distance, only the duration.
However, after finishes the activity and upload to the app, the results are ok. All the data is registered.
I'm running without pace and distance.
I've already tried factory default, but nothing changes.
Does anyone knows how to fix it?

    Hi, davircpf!
    This maybe a GPS Week Number Rollover issue (April 6). Connect the device to MyDrive Connect and see if there is an update available (hopefully there is an update).

    It is not a GPS rollover issues, There is no impact on the watches from that. Try a factory reset it is likely bad firmware
