Help from my watch to help me run faster?

I seem to be stuck on 25 mins for a 5k run so what I need to know is, Can I use my Runner 3 watch as help to get a faster time using different pacings and negative splits? Is there also a voice help to tell me if I need to slow down or quicken the pace please?
