spent 2 hours trying to update my GO Live 1005 device using my IMAC followed all advice and still my device is still not being seen by my computer. would appreciate a contact telephone to try and sort out my issue.

Check your Units Serial number in the following. You need the first 2 letters.
Some 1005 units are no longer supported but by checking here you will see if yours is. Then if Customer Support suggest that your unit is no longer supported you are armed with the true position.
