If it is like the IOS version which I have then Yes.
Create the Route on MyDrive Website and then Click Save to My Routes then you are taken to the next page where you can accept or change the suggested route name but before you press Save select the option to Sync this route as a Track to My Routes.
You can also do the same on the MyDrive app except when the route is shown on the map at the bottom I get a Blue square and the time for the route. Tap that and then you have an option to Save to My Routes.
After I do that it appears in My Routes in the IOS version of the Tomtom GO App.

Yes it Is Apple. I realised you used Android as you had indicated on the original question.
I was hoping your version followed much the same way of doing things. I was just indicating what I do and that it then appears on the Go App I have.
