How to charge my GO 6200 whilst it's attached to the windscreen mount?

Just used my new GO 6200 for the first longish journey (250+ miles), and found the battery life to be politely described as rubbish. It lasted around two hours and then switched off due to the battery running out. The windscreen mount supplied with the device does not allow the device to be connected to an in car charging cable as the mount covers the charging port. Do TOMTOM provide a separate mount that can charge the device whilst being used?

Hi @David_Bottomley1
The mount that comes with the unit rotates at the ball socket and so can be fitted to the Screen or on the Facia and has a Micro USB socket at the back of it for the cable and be used in all positions. The Unit should be used with e supplied Cig Socket unit as if you just plug the cable into a USB socket on the car it will not get enough charge to run the unit and charge it as well.
Below is the unit supplied with the GO6200. Click on the Sketch image to see where the cable goes..

Hi @DougLap, Yes just noticed this myself. Its not very obvious and very well hidden. Didn't help with the literature supplied with the device not being in English. Thanks for the reply.0
