will not find satalite

switched of at a service station ,when switched back on again would not connect to a satalite
what can I do please

    Hi @bigal152

    Try a Soft Reset. With the unit on hold the ON/OFF button down for about 20 seconds until you hear the Drumroll Sound. It then boots up again.

    Thank you it rebooted now I have Satellite again Next I need to update maps
