TomTom "Huge Loyalty discount" Upgrade offer is NOT WORKING!

I have this upgrade offer and it shows me a good price on the GO 620.
When I click on "Buy now", the shopping cart then shows the normal retail price of AU$349 and it want to charge me this.
So the offer is not working at all !
Why is that?
I was actually going to buy the device.
