Hi @christon
Have you tried a Factory Reset. It means that you will lose all your data ie favourites, Poi and Route files you have on it. This data should be saved in MyDrive at https://mydrive.tomtom.com and so when you finish the Reset the unit should sync back to your account and reload the data .
Tap menu
Tap Settings
Tap System
Tap Reset Device.
You will now have to input all the Language and account details etc

Thanks Doug, tried resetting twice,no luck, cannot get out of language/country request site, will not go to menu screen, been into pc and all failed !!0
