GPRS status: No connection

My girlfriend's GO6000 will not connect through GPRS anymore. Keeps saying: no connection.
Already tried a soft reset and a hard reset to factory settings.

Please help

    Could then be a SIM issue.. This should go to their customer care...

    Customer Numbers. Don't answer any questions wait for an agent to answer. May be a setting problem at their end.

    Thank you for the relations.
    After trying to solve the problem for several days, suddenly this morning it had connection again.

    Problem solved, cause unknown.

    OR
    At Home... If the device is connected to a PC via a USB Cable With MyDrive Connect Running in the background, the USB connection will take priority over the SIM

    @FVM

    A further thought...
    (1)... Do NOT a plug s Tomtom device to a dashboard USB port in your vehicle, they normally only supply 500mAmp (0.5Amp) and are for data transfer and not supplying power
    (2)... A dashboard USB port can also fool a NAV4 Device into entering 'Updating Mode' and display the Connected to your Computer splash screen
    (3)... Just tried connecting my Tomtom to my Cars USB port, checked the connection status it reports Connected over USB --> GPRS (SIM) Disconnected

    As a test...
    Try using the Tomtom supplied cable and Tomtom supplied Power Adapter

    The Charger Adaptor and USB Cable supplied by Tomtom WILL run and charge the device at the same time
