Where is my refund

I ordered 6200 on 2nd may 2019 and paid tomtom the money, after two days they informed not in stock and could not supply , so I got one from somewhere else (Amazon) after constant requests I have not received a refund .
I think disgraceful the way this company is operating , all I get is emails saying will be done in 2 to 3 days , this has been happening since the 5th April , with another email today saying the same .

Has anyone else experienced this with this company ?, they will not put me through to finance department to discuss this issue . It looks like I have to take legal action to recover my money , and charge them interest and charges incurred .
