Hey is there any chance of adding v10.24 or the previous map to my account?
I installed a memory card and it says the Australia v10.25 map is corrupt on that also.
I'm wondering if it's that version that's fault?

By corrupt what exactly do you mean? Does the map not load on your device?
Do you see an error on the screen?
Some more information will be helpful...

The map is loaded onto my tomtom. When I try to update, it says the map is corrupt.
I have a Tomtom VIA 225
I tried uninstalling the Australia map then reinstalling all with no luck.

I have asked our 2nd Line team to remove the present map on your device.
Just connect your device to MyDrive Connect and let the jobs get processed. The device could reboot..
Now disconnect and reconnect the device and check for updates.. You should see a fresh map available for download in MyDrive Connect.

Will not install either.
However I have a New Zealand map which works fine.
Very strange.
At this point, I would suggest that you contact customer service and report this issue.
They will be able to dig deeper and investigate the root cause.
