Unable to get the free 3 year upgrade from either Western Europe or US & Canada?

I have earlier bought both the iPhone App for Western Europe and US&Canada. Now I have downloaded TomTom Go Mobile but I am not able to get the 3 year free upgrade.

Error message: "Couldn't add the purchase to your TomTom-account...."
