Couldn't purchase upgrade ... deleted/re-downloaded app ... now can't even open it.

Title says it all. Hugely frustrating. I had 2 messages saying my purchase was successful, but then 'oops something has gone wrong'. Then I get 3 messages from TomTom discussions, which I haven't visited for over 2 years. Mess??

How do I get to use the app ... or maybe you don't want me to?

    Also get a message when logged in online, that my username is being used on another account.
