Hello. I have the same problem after update. Europe-100773. Can you please help me with the map?

Welcome to the community!

I have reactivated the Europe map on your device, please remove the existing map first using TomTom HOME first and then download a fresh map which gets offered for download.

I am confronting another problem now. I have inserted the SD card in my computer and it's saying "format disk". I don't really know what happened. Can you please help? Thanks a lot!
