Livetime Traffic + speed cameras

Hello, just bought Professional 520 Tomtom for my truck. I work mostly in west europe. Do I need Internet all the time so I can have the Livetime traffic + speed cameras or do Tomtom service cover it ? And if I have to have internet all the time I need to connect it with my phone right ? Thanks

    it seems that to have traffic enabled on your device, you need to have it connected to your smartphone constantly.
