Sd card Go510 not recognised

Hi, I have inserted the sd card as I need more space, however, whatever I have tried .....the card don't seems to be recognised, what can I do? Thanks for any suggestion

There have been instances where some Cards are not accepted . A Micro SD class 10 card by Sandisk, Samsung or similar major maker from a reliable source to avoid Fakes could be the answer..
