Hi TomTom Community
I have tried to do an update on my Go 6000, unfortunately after being told that my device is up to date my actual satnav tells me there are no maps available. It also says download a map you already own or buy another one, but why I have I lost everything? can anyone help.
thank you in

HI @godders
Does this help.

If you have not got enough spare capacity on the internal memory you will need to add a Micro SD Class 10 memory card in the extra memory slot. Suggest 16gb or Max 32GB. The maps are becoming so big that for instance the European map will not now fit on the internal memory.

Anyway thanks again Doug
