After fixing a wyfi connection problem my unit fails to go to sleep when the power is lost how do I fix this problem

    Hi @1Timmo075

    Try a Soft Reset. With the unit on Press the ON/OFF button for about 20 seconds until you hear the Drumroll Sound.

    If that does not work the a Reset the Device. Tap Menu, tap Settings, tap system, tap Systems, tap Reset Device.

    If that does not work then contact Customer Support. Is it still under warranty.

    there is a system setting that you can change so check this as well ;
