Order confusion on the GO 620 WiFi
It is impossible to contact TomTom via the webpage or email - what kind of customer service is that?? I ordered a GO 620 and it took 16 days to receive it; phone support was no help (after waiting more than 15 min on hold!). I could follow the package in the US Mail tracking, but could do nothing about it. Turns out that TomTom put the wrong zip code on my package. My account and my order paperwork had the proper zip code, but the package had the zip code off by one digit. What kind of automated order entry is this?? With today's pride in customer service as the by-word of successful companies, maybe TomTom should join the movement or find that they no longer have a business to support! The products are superior, but the service is terrible!
