How do I activate the GPRS on my device please

    Could you explain a little bit more about what you think is wrong.

    The Inbuilt mobile sim should connect automatically when I connects to the Mobile network

    The Unit should connect to the satellites automatically

    In settings can you see if the Unit is connecting to your Tomtom account and whether traffic is connected...

    When I switch it on it says no internet on both traffic and my drive when I click on the it says no internet then not connected if I press again it says GPRS disconnected

    Hi @highbear

    Have you input your Wifi details including Password. Also have you input your Tomtom account details into the unit as well. Check in settings.

    Have you not used the unit for a long time.

    Hi @highbear

    Get the Wifi details including the password ready then do a factory Reset on the unit and it will then start the set up from scratch.

    Tap Menu
    Tap Settings
    Tap System
    Tap Reset Device

    Now you will be asked to set the unit up entering the details it asks for.

    Did that but it says oops we are having trouble accessing Tomtom services please try later thankyou for you help I’ll try again tomorrow
