FITNESS POINTS CALCULATION WRONG?
lately with my tom tom spark 3, I had some problems with my fitness points calculated in my tom tom spark 3, normally running 5k always towards 900 points almost always between the 500 and 900 maximum range at my best but two weeks ago I'm showing between 1,500 and 1528 fitness points for the same 5k course, but I have not improved to score as many fitness points. Is the calculation wrong?

I know you can not tell me how much fitness I am, the problem eradicated in which a month ago I stopped running and returned to run almost a month later, what makes me curious is that my watch between February 4 and 18 February the calculation of the points is normal as always, as much I could do 860 as maximum, but because now after almost 1 month, I use the same clock and I do almost exactly the same route and now it always marks me on the 1000 points .. ., what my question is ... I have not improved in my performance or run more than normal to feel exhausted, I have run normally at a pace always and now that I say I'm increasing my pace and physical I do not think so ? On the contrary, the question is because it is marking so many points along the same route.
