Blank screen on GO 620

Hi, My New TomTom 620Go, within a few minutes of a new journey will cut out and go black screen for about a minute or two, before rebooting and continuing with the journey. It does it every route, every day.
Has this happened to other users?
Anyone know how to fix the issue. Thank you

    Hi @turboman

    Try a Soft Reset. Whilst the Unit is on and working hold the ON/OFF button down for about 20 seconds until you hear the Drumroll Sound.

    If that does not work.then try a Factory Reset. This will delete all your data ie Favourites (MyPlaces) Poi and Route files you have added. If you go to the TomTom MyDrive website and log into your account you should see if the data is saved there so that after a factory rest they can sync back to your unit.

    Tap Menu
    Tap Settings
    Tap System
    Tap Reset Device.

    If neither of the above then contact customer support and if they can find no solution consider returni it as faulty and ask for a replacement..
