My Go50 won't switch on.

I have charged it for 24 hours. When I connect the cable, the Tom Tom logo appears, a white line goes from left to right across the bottom of the screen and then the screen dies. So I can't even perform a reset. I am staggered that I can't contact Tom Tom to seek support. I just keep finding the same 'solution' pages that get me nowhere. Help!

Thanks, Doug. I'm in Australia and our TomTom site still defaults to all the same support stuff, which didn't work as I can't even get the unit to turn on. Have since found (by Googling, as it doesn't appear to be anywhere on the site) their Oz support pphone number. Am about to call them now. Fingers crossed!0
