Why because of your incompetence, by failing to realise that 10 years is not long enough for ensuring continued useability of in-car sat nav, did I have to create an acoount and share details with you, in order to sort out your mistake? I do not want to be associated with your product, your company or your future expansion plans, I do not want you to have a record of : my name; my email address; my contact history with you - or indeed anything. You made the mistake, You must fix it. It is not another advertising or enterprise opportunity. Please provide me with assurance and details of steps you will take to erase all record of my contact with you over your muck up (I'm being kind). - by return.

    If 'Yes' you must have an account
    (1)... As you haven't stated tour device model ???
    install (If already installed run) the appropriate software... NAV2 devices TomtomHome or NAV3 devices MyDrive Connect
    (2)... Update your device

    If the Software on your device is not maintained and up to date ???
    (1a)... install the appropriate software... NAV2 devices TomtomHome or NAV3 devices MyDrive Connect
    (2a)...Create an account
    (3a)... Update your device
