Can I change the car synbol on my new live5200?

I’ve just got my new WiFi 5200 and want to change the arrow to a car - Is this no longer possible?
I had a 6000 and returned it (as it was too big) but that had the custom option available. Is it only the 6000 that you can change the arrow/car and display setup?

    Sorry to say but the TomTom analyst who drew up the specification for the latest range of devices did not think that users would need/want to personalize their own devices, so what you see is what you get. So you can not change very much
