Start 25 Can't install new map

Hi all,

I've just purchased a new map from the store. It asked what device from my account I wanted to install it to. I selected Start 25.

When I'd completed check out it asked me to download tomtom home but start25's connect to MyDrive Connect.

How do I get the map to install using MyDrive connect? I can't see anywhere to download it and it I download tomtom home, it says the device is not connected.
