I downloaded my drive connect to my pc to update. I logged in to my account at both on the device and my drive connect. Afterwards my drive connect asks me to add my device to my account i plug my device to pc and process starts and my device starts update but after 5 seconds or so error appears on my device screen 'update failed ,please go to My drive connect and try again'. Also my drive connect with error saying 'We are sorry something has gone wrong. It is currently not possible to add your device to your account. Please try again'. This keeps goes on every time when i try to add my device to my account. i tried every possible solution i have been advised from tomtom support team and troubleshooting options but still the same problem exist. Please help.
