Start 25 failed to update

I received the email regarding WNRO on 6 April 2019 and so have updated the software on to my Mac. My device is listed as present in System Preferences, however it has failed to update.
One of the pages I read referred me to a page called 'My Content' on the left hand corner of the page but I can't find it.
Can anyone out there help? Many thanks
