When I disconnect from the computer, the clock shows the charging mode and does not enter the main screen. It will display like that until the battery runs out.
But when I use the adapter, everything is normal but can't connect to the mobile or update quick gps by pc
Please help me.
Have you tried a factory reset? If that does not work the charging mechanism may have failed and the watch is trash (TT does not offer a repair service and it is likely out of warranty). To do a factory reset, make sure the Connect software is running and dock the device to your computer. The Connect window will open; press the gear at the top right and select factory reset from the next screen. Follow the steps provided and when prompted to register or sign in to MySports, select sign in and use your existing account credentials. It is fairly straightforward and should take less than 5 minutes.
I have reset the factory. Maybe it has broken the battery. When I bought it, that was a little battery problem. Perhaps due to the process of shipping from the US to Vietnam.
