    The device now shows as linked to your account.

    Serena and Malcolm, 2 computer voices added(UK English). You should be able to download them when connected to a WiFi internet connection.

    A computer voice is not available for the selected language. Voice control will be disabled, and Smartphone messages and street names will not be read aloud. Dou you want to continue?

    Assume your unit is set to Portugal.

    Tap menu
    Tap Settings
    Tap Language and Units
    Change language to English Uk and Country to UK.

    I loaded Serena but still get the error message I posted previously. I have country UK and language English, map loaded for Portugal. Any suggestions how to get voice operational?

    Hi @Backspace

    I assumed that you had the Full Europe on the unit which is what is normally on the TT units bought within Europe. If you select the Full Europe map it should work and will provide you routing throughout Portugal.

    If you specifically want the Computer Voice for Portugal, if there is one, then you may need that if the map selected is the Portugal one.

    Did you restart? I had to restart before it recognized to new voices.
