Have been unable to update my UConnect - Session expired

Hello Support,

I have been totally unable to update my UConnect - TomTom Home 2 v2.11.6 constantly crashes with Session Expired.

What can I do (I have already uninstalled and re-installed, and I have purchased 18 months of map updates).

    Same here, tried it yesterday and today, i guess they have some kind of problems at TomTom backend. Even i you create a new account without my TomTom rider registered to this new account and try to login it doesn't work. Will try after the weekend ...

    I have a TomTom Rider.... Same problem trying to use TomTom Home (Keeps logging me out with the session expired error). I have raised it with "Support" and have received a reference number. Will see when it gets resolved.

    Having the same issue with my Mazda NVA SD8110 memory card all weekend. It reset one of my folders to the year 2000 on it too! Have completely uninstalled everything twice and it still does it every time I login but website login is fine.
