MY tomtom is no longer measuring my distance or pace. It tracks my route and shows up on map when I connect to ap but doesn't state distance. Been doing for a week now and nothing worked to fix it so need to contact somebody please

They have removed support for the watches via phone and email. Your only option in Live Chat. If you call they will direct you to the Live Chat and they no longer post an email link under Contact Us.
Have you tried a factory reset yet, which may fix it? Otherwise it is likely a hardware fault in which case if you are not still under warranrty there is little they will do (they do not offer a repair service). In that case it is time to move onto another brand as TomTom left the watch business 18 months ago and ceased all prouction and development.
