Connection between MyDriveConnect and my system

How do I adjust my system by means of MyDriveConnect.
Does this mean that you can plan a route from the computer?

You log into Mydrive.tomtom and also log in to MyDrive under settings on your device. You can find places on the map and right click and add to My Place then ask it to sync with your device. My device speaks to me and says a place has been added. similarly routes can be prepared in advance. Unfortunately Tomtom maps do not have the same road coverage as Google so often for me the road is missing!
