Issue with LCD screen

Hello,
I received a Tomtom Watch as gift 1 year ago, but I dont know the exact model
SN number on the screen is: HQxxxxlxxxxx
Can anybody tell me which model is it ?

Others questions:
What is the default warranty for this device ?
The LCD screen is now almost impossible to read, how to proceed for a replacement, who to contact, etc?

    That is a Runner 3 / Spark 3 (same watch, different names). The warranty is generally one year (depends on your country) from date of purchase so you are likely out of warranty. TT does not offer repair service but will replace it if within warranty. If it is not in warranty, it is time to move to another brand considering TT Sports went out of business 18 months ago. Start by contacting Support using Live Chat (there is no longer phone or email support for watches) and see what they can do. You will need proof of purchase in order to get warranty coverage. To get in touch with Customer Support, choose Contact Us at the bottom of this page, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Chat.
