TomTom Spark 3 refusing to find satellites even with quickGPS updated.

I have a TomTom Spark 3 that I've used for a couple of years now and never had any issues. I went for a run last night and half way through the GPS just stopped working and the signal strength indicator on the display was showing 0 bars. This morning the watch is still refusing to find satellites, 0 signal bars even after 5mins or so of waiting. I have plugged it into my computer and ensured the quickGPS is updated (which it is, tick on "about" screen on watch). I've even factory reset it through the connect desktop software but this has had no effect. Any help would be gratefully received!

Watch is running 1.7.64
