Register missing GPS
One of my TomTom Via, are forgotten on unknown place. On MyDriveConnect, this item have been erased.
Are the unit then used by another user?
Can I find out who are using my GPS?
Sorry for my late reply! I can see that there's a VIA device who's serial number ends with 3316 linked to your account. Unfortunately, while it is not possible to track any of the lost/stolen devices, we can block them on our server which will prevent any further use. A blocked unit cannot be registered to any TomTom account and cannot be updated.

The device ending on 3316 is notthemisding one. It’s one of the two I still have in use.
Please do not block that one or the Rider 400.
The missing one are a third on, who are not on my TomTom account any more.
