Loss of maps

I updated my Rider V2 and upon tryiny to use it the UK maps have completely disappeared an all I have is Europe. I have tried to restore to factory settings but nothing changed re maps. Any ideas before I ring TomTom Monday morning?

    Can you not connect it to your PC , boot up Home and reload the missing maps.
